These terms govern your use of the Hynvest website and any booking you make with us. Please read them alongside our Direct Booking Policy and Privacy Policy.
Hynvest provides serviced accommodation and related property services across the UK, Kenya and the United States. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Hynvest.
A booking forms a contract only once we have confirmed it in writing and received payment or the required deposit. Prices and availability are confirmed at the point of booking. Payment options and confirmation are described in our Direct Booking Policy.
Cancellations and amendments are governed by the cancellation terms shown on your booking confirmation and summarised in our Direct Booking Policy.
Guests agree to respect the property, neighbours and stated occupancy limits, and to follow the house rules provided with arrival instructions. We may end a stay without refund in cases of serious breach, damage or unlawful behaviour.
We take care to describe our properties accurately and to maintain them to a high standard. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The content, branding and imagery on this website are owned by or licensed to Hynvest and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the relevant booking location, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
